SIG Governing Board-Executive Committee Motions - FY'00
Motion: Move to place SIGAPP in transitional status and request that the SIGAPP leadership (conference, EIC and SIG) come up with a new plan for the future of SIGAPP.
Motion: Move to endorse dissolution of SIGNUM to ACM EC and Council.
Motion: Move that the SGB EC use a portion of SIGNUM's fund balance to support placing 1985-91 SIGNUM related materials in the DL.
Motion: Move that the SGB EC endorse the funding proposal outlined by Rick Snodgrass requesting that each financially viable SIG cover the cost of producing the PDF version of the 1985-91 conference proceedings relevant to their domain with the resulting material added to the DL.
Motion: Move that the SGB EC support producing PDF versions of 1985 - 1991 conferences relevant to the domain of defunct and non-financially viable SIGs with the resulting material added to the DL.
Motion: Move that the SGB EC endorse the proposal presented by Rick Snodgrass that a Computing Portal Management Committee be formed as outlined.
Motion: Move that the SGB EC endorse the revenue sharing proposal brought forth by John White as fair.

Motion: Move to approve Proposal #1: Pathways: Expanding the Pipeline for Women in Computer Science for $15,200.
Motion: Move to approve waiver, granting exception on the competitive bid process as requested by the SIGGRAPH CAG Chair contingent on verification of SIGGRAPH's EC support.
Motion: Move to approve the SIG Operating Rules as issued by David Notkin.

Motion:The SGB EC recommends that SIGDOC continue in their multi-service status. In addition the SGB EC has endorsed the INTECOM relationship move forward to the ACM EC.
Motion: Move to recommend acceptance of the SPF proposal.
Motion: Move to extend the term of SIGAPL's officers for 1 year allowing them to get back on the standard election cycle contingent on agreement by other officers.
Motion: Move to approve external relationship between EATCS and SIGACT.
Motion: Move to approve the request for a one-year term extension for the SIGAPL leadership allowing them to get back into the standard election cycle.
Motion: Move to endorse in principle external relationship between Eurographics and SIGGRAPH.
Motion: SGB EC to approve award on the condition that it is more clearly defined before the call for nominations is published.
